Service overview
Commercial pest management begins with a detailed site assessment to understand the property layout, pest activity, operational requirements and areas that may require attention. Kitchens, food storage areas, workspaces, warehouses, service areas, waste zones and other relevant locations are reviewed to identify potential pest risks and treatment requirements.
Based on the site findings, a suitable pest management program is planned around the client’s operational needs. Scheduled inspections, monitoring, targeted treatments and preventive measures can be included depending on the property type and identified pest activity. Treatment areas, service frequency and preparation requirements are clearly explained before the program begins.
Ongoing pest management focuses on monitoring activity and addressing conditions that may contribute to recurring pest problems. Where required, recommendations may be provided for sanitation, waste handling, storage practices, access points and other site conditions. Follow-up visits and treatment schedules can be adjusted based on inspection findings and the requirements of the facility.
